Beautification Committee
The Beautification Committee was created for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty, cleanliness, and general appearance of the open space and streetscapes of the Town of North Castle.
General Duties of the Committee include taking a lead role in making recommendations to and cooperating with the proper Town Authorities, Departments, and Agencies concerning landscaping and general appearances of our three hamlets, Armonk, Banksville and North White Plains.
The Armonk Beautification Committee meets the first Wednesday of every month at 9:00 am at the Hergenhan Recreation Center, 40 Maple Avenue in Armonk. If you are interested in attending a meeting and contributing ideas, please call Carol Bidjarano at (914) 273-5353.
The North White Plains Beautification Sub-Committee meets the first Thursday of every month at 11:30 am at the Community Center, Clove Road, North White Plains, NY. If you are interested in attending a meeting and contributing ideas, please call Nancy Battistelli (914) 949-1683.
Members serve at the pleasure of the Town Board.
