Mission Statement
To promote and encourage efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle for town residents and local businesses, The Committee will:
· Provide research, evaluation, education and coordination of recycling programs for residents and businesses and public property.
· Initiate innovative programs to maximize waste prevention and recycling.
· Serve as a pro-active advocate for long-term solutions to our recycling challenges.
About Us
Newly formed in the Spring of 2008, NCRC has enlisted members from various areas of the Town with varied skills and interests.

In its short history, NCRC has:
Expanded our Green Page and instituted subscriptions for E-News Updates on “Going Green” - Click here
Ordered blue recycling bins for residential collection of co-mingled recyclables and cardboard and paper.
Bins may be purchased for $10.00 each at:
Town Clerks Office and Hergenhan Recreation Center, M-F 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
NOTE: Residents may continue to put co-mingled materials in blue or clear plastic bags and place paper products in paper bags or tie them in bundles.
