Registering to Vote
U.S. citizens 18 years of age and older are eligible to vote, provided they are properly registered. Registration forms are available at the Town Clerk's office, on the Town web site or from the Board of Elections.
The registration form must be completed and mailed to:

Note: Identification requirements include a verifiable NYS Drivers License number or the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you are registering for the first time by mail, you may provide a copy of a valid photo ID, or a current utility bill, bank statement, government check or some other government documentation that shows your name and address. If you do not provide identification with the registration form, you will be asked for it the first time that you vote.
Absentee Ballots
Applying for an absentee ballot is a two step process. Application forms are available at the Town Clerk's office, on the Town web site or from the Board of Elections. They must be completed and returned to the Board of Elections. The Board will then send the ballot to the applicant.
PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY DAY - FEBRUARY 5, 2008
POLLS ARE OPEN 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
VOTER REGISTRATION FOR PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY
You may register to vote if you are a citizen 18 years or older by February 5, 2008 and a Westchester County resident for at least 30 days.
Registration deadline for new voters or those re-registering due to an address change is January 11, 2008.

Note: Registration for party enrollment changes cannot be done until after the general election date of November 4, 2008.
