- State Supreme Court Justice (vote for two)
- County Legislator (vote for one)
- Town Supervisor (vote for one)
- Town Council (vote for two)
- Town Clerk (vote for one)
- Town Justice (vote for one)

VOTING BY ABSENTEE BALLOT
Voting by Absentee Ballot is a two-step process.
1) Complete an absentee ballot application and mail or deliver it to Board of Elections.
Last day to postmark absentee ballot application - November 1
Last day to apply in person for a ballot - November 7
2) Complete the ballot, and mail or deliver it to Board of Elections.
Last day to postmark ballot - November 7
Last day to deliver ballot in person to Board of Elections - November 8
