What is it and who needs to pay it.

A Memo Bill Fee is a fee we charge to anyone other than the property owner who is paying a Town, County & Special District Tax or a School Tax without the original Tax Bill.  This includes lien payments.

If you are a Title Company, Attorney, Re-finance Lender, a $5.00 memo bill fee (separate check) is charged on each parcel being paid and each tax cycle in regard to that parcel.  If in doubt whether you need to submit this fee with payment, please do not hesitate to contact our office @ 914-273-6620
