MAIL – Registration by mail only begins 3/19. All envelopes must be postmarked 3/19 or later. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED EARLIER THAN 3/19. ALL CAMPS HAVE LIMITED ENROLLMENT – SO REGISTER EARLY!
IN PERSON – Drop-in registration will begin 3/26
PHONE – NO phone-in registration
PAYMENT – Full payment (separate checks for each registration) is required when you register unless you have made special arrangements with the Recreation Dept. Checks are made payable to North Castle Recreation and must be sent along with the completed registration/medical form, etc…to 40 Maple Avenue, Armonk, NY 10504.
REFUND POLICY – Prior to the start of camp on July 7/7, there will be a $50 service charge on all refunds. After camp begins, there will be a partial refund of 50% of the fee minus a charge for any time attended.
NOTIFICATION – DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE. We will call you ONLY if there is a problem. Otherwise you will receive a receipt by mail.
MEDICAL/REGISTRATION FORMS – New medical/registration forms are needed each season. No one will be permitted in camp without a completed form. DO NOT SEND DOCTOR’S FORM – COPY INFORMATION ONTO OUR FORM. DATES MUST INCLUDE MONTH, DAY AND YEAR! MEDICAL/REGISTRATION FORMS are available at the Recreation Dept., Town Clerk’s Office and at the North Castle Community Center. ALL INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL BE RETURNED AND A PLACE WILL NOT BE HELD. *PLEASE NOTE: If you have children attending different camps, the Chippewa camper is the first child rate. If you have any questions, call 273-3325. *For Camp Chippewa please indicate on registration form if you wish your child to be paired with another camper (one request only). We will do our best to accommodate everyone. There may be instances where this can’t be done! No transfers will be made after the registration form is received. We do not honor “negative” requests. **When registering, please indicate the grade your child has just completed. THERE WILL BE NO PLACEMENT REQUESTS FOR CAMP KICK-A-POO!!!
NON-CAMP SUMMER PROGRAMS – Please use the general recreation registration forms. Sports Camps require a medical release form.

SCHOLARSHIPS – It is the policy of the North Castle Recreation and Parks Advisory Board that no resident be denied participation in most programs because of inability to pay, however, there are some programs where scholarships cannot be granted. All requests are kept confidential. For further information, please call the North Castle Recreation Department at 273-3325.
MORE CAMP INFORMATION including bus schedules will be available mid-Juneat the Recreation Office.
DEADLINE FOR ALL CAMP REGISTRATIONS IS 6/27.
