WALK-IN September 2nd  

PLEASE READ REGISTRATION INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING OUT THE REGISTRATION CARDS!!
USE 1 CARD PER PERSON AND 1 CHECK PER PERSON PER CLASS.

For your convenience, The Town of North Castle provides the Registration form in PDF file format. Please feel free to download this form. Print and attach it to your check, (no staples).

You will be notified by return receipt if you are accepted into the program. Please do not call the office! Remember to fill out the name of the program, program number, day and session of program and sign!!
