Beginnings are very exciting. You and your child can journey on a path of creativity in ARTmonk’s new Discovery class. This time tested way will enhance you and your child’s creative experience. Come explore multiple mediums in drawing and painting. Arts and crafts are chosen to enhance eye/hand coordination and fine motor skills. Children experience hands on – how to mix colors, use scissors, explore microcosms and observe nature (seasonal subject matter) e.g. butterflies, tadpoles, rocks and snowflakes. Toddlers will have fun “playing yoga”. Using music, puppets, props and songs, they will take a yoga adventure, playing yoga games, and end each class with a yoga relaxation. MOMMY & ME SPORTS FITNESS TRAINING (3, 4, 5 & 6 year olds)

Activities are designed to get toddlers and pre-schoolers engaged in non-competitive interactive games and sports that emphasize flexibility, confidence and emotional well being to build strong bodies and minds. The curriculum incorporates pre-school exercises and pre-school fitness activities such as aerobics, stretching, sports, strengthening, gross motor skills and balance.
