Commuter Parking Information

North White Plains Station - Fisher Lane Parking Lot

WAIT LIST Sign Up is over until February 2025 - the lot is full for 2024.

    • Parking passes for Fisher Lane are issued to North Castle RESIDENTS ONLY at a cost of $600 for a year. Overnight parking permitted. See map for parking lot location. 
    • Passes are issued April 1 through March 31 of the following year
    • Existing Pass holders do not need to sign up again.
    • Sign up for the current year ONLY, if you did not receive a pass, you will have to sign up again next year. If you were offered a pass and turned it down, you will also need to re-apply.
      • Sign up is not a guarantee of a pass. SPACE PERMITTING: New passes are issued on a first come, first served basis.
      • Contact is by email IF a pass becomes available.
      • If you are contacted for an available pass, please respond promptly (check your SPAM and ensure we have the correct email) or it will be offered to the next person.
