Filming and Photography Application Information

Any person, organization or company interested in filming or photography in the Town of North Castle must apply for a Filming and Photography Permit which requires Town Clerk or Town Board approval as detailed in the Town's Local Law.  

The applicant will be contacted by the Town Clerk’s Office and/or Police Department regarding any additional information needed.

If the application requires Town Board approval, pursuant to the Local Law, it will be considered by the Town Board at a regularly scheduled meeting.
