Electrical, Plumbing and Building Permits

Only the listed applications will be accepted via email.

  1. Electrical Applications. (SWIS and NYES
  2. Plumbing Application.
  3. Certain Residential Building Applications will be accepted. (Roofs, siding, replacement windows, boilers, HVAC, oil tanks, bathroom and kitchen renovations).
When submitting your application, please do not forget to include:
  1. Your application. (Please remember to have your application notarized if you are not the property owner.)
  2. Required insurances of the contractor. (Liability, Disability and Workers comp and the Town of North Castle as certificate holder.) All insurance must be on separate forms.
  3. A copy of the contractors Westchester County license.
  4. All specifications and or drawings of the proposed work which shall indicate code compliance. For HVAC applications, please include manual J&S calculations with your drawings and specifications.

Once you have all your documents together, please email your them to permits@northcastleny.com. We will then review your application to make sure it is complete. If your application is incomplete, we will notify you of the missing documents. Please make the required corrections and re submit a complete application. Once we have confirmed a complete application has been received, you then can contact us at 914-273-3000 ext.44 to pay for your application. All applications that are confirmed complete must be paid for within the next business day. All payments must be made by credit card. Associated fees will apply.
