Youth Division and School Resource Officer Program

The Youth Division of the North Castle Police Department is responsible for the investigation of juvenile crime and for the planning and implementation of the School Resource Officer (SRO) Program.  Currently, the Department has two police officers assigned as SROs to the Byram Hills School District. 

Police Officers Julia DeCrenza and Steve Vitolohelp to provide a safe and secure environment within the district, while building meaningful relationships with administrators, students, staff, and community members to support teaching and learning in the schools.
