Many local Habitat for Humanity affiliates operate ReStores, which sell reusable and surplus building materials, furniture and appliances to the public. The proceeds fund local Habitat house construction. Donate gently used household appliances (no older than 5 years) and household items.

If the window frame is made of aluminum, this item is considered scrap metal and will be accepted curbside.

This item may be considered waste and placed for pickup but the other disposal options outlined will avoid it being discarded into a landfill.
