Town Board Administration

Submissions for Town Board agendas must be received by the Town Clerk by 12:00 noon on the Tuesday of the week preceeding the meeting.  If the item is complex and requires extra study, it should be submitted well in advance of this deadline.  Items may be deferred to a future meeting date.

The Clerk's Office prepares the Town Board agenda and publishes the agenda on the website three business days prior to the Town Board meeting, generally the Friday preceeding the Wednesday meeting date.  The agenda is also posted on the NCTV web page with supporting documentation.

Current and previous Town Board meeting minutes are available on the website.  Note that current minutes are not posted until they are accepted by the Town Board at its next meeting.
