Voting by Early Mail or Absentee Ballot
Voting by Early Mail or Absentee Ballot is a two-step process.
- You may apply for an Absentee Ballot in any one of the following ways:
- Request your Early Mail or Absentee Ballot online or download the paper application in English or Spanish with the New York State Request a Ballot Portal
- Or you can apply for a Ballot:
- By sending an email request to the Westchester Board of Elections
- By sending a fax request to 914-995-7753 or 914-995-3190
- By mailing a paper application to the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601
- By going in person to the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601
- Complete and return the Voting Ballot to the Westchester County Board of Elections:
- Mail or Deliver in person to 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains NY 10601
- Dates and further mailing instructions are detailed on the New York State Request a Ballot Application Portal.
