Voting by Early Mail or Absentee Ballot

Voting by Early Mail or Absentee Ballot is a two-step process.

  1. You may apply for an Absentee Ballot in any one of the following ways:
    • Request your Early Mail or Absentee Ballot online or download the paper application in English or Spanish with the New York State Request a Ballot Portal
    • Or you can apply for a Ballot:
      • By sending an email request to the Westchester Board of Elections
      • By sending a fax request to 914-995-7753 or 914-995-3190
      • By mailing a paper application to the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601
      • By going in person to the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601
  2. Complete and return the Voting Ballot to the Westchester County Board of Elections:
    • Mail or Deliver in person to 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains NY 10601
    • Dates and further mailing instructions are detailed on the New York State Request a Ballot Application Portal.

Removal of Name from County Voting Roster

Voters who have moved and want to remove their names from the Westchester County Voting Roster can mail a signed statement to:
