Assessor
The Town of North Castle Assessor’s office prepares an assessment roll of all real property, vacant and improved, within the Town of North Castle, establishing the condition, value and taxable status of each parcel of property as of May 1st of each year.

Building & Engineering
The primary mission of the Building Department is to provide quality service to the community that is knowledgeable, efficient, comprehensive and helpful to the public.

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial affairs of the Town.

Highway Department
With 26 employees, the Town Highway Department is responsible for general maintenance of all Town dedicated roads.

Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for all of the Town's Civil Service functions including hiring and termination procedures and works with the Westchester County Human Resources Office to ensure the Town's compliance with New York State Civil Service rules.

Justice Court
The North Castle Justice Court has jurisdiction over all civil actions, criminal cases, and vehicle and traffic offenses occurring in the Town of North Castle.

Parks & Recreation Department
North Castle Parks and Recreation is dedicated to providing superior quality recreation programs and services to all residents of the Town regardless of age, economic or social status.

Planning Department
The Planning Department is staffed with a full time Director of Planning and one full time Planning Board Secretary.

Police Department
It is the mission of the North Castle Police Department to enhance the quality of life in our town by working in partnership with the community and in accordance with the constitutional rights to enforce laws, preserve the peace, reduce fear, and provide a safe environment.

Receiver of Taxes
The Receiver of Taxes is responsible for collecting taxes for the Town, County and Special Districts including five Water Districts, three Sewer Districts and three Light Districts.

Supervisor
The Supervisor is the Chief Elected Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Town of North Castle.

Town Administrator
The Town Administrator is appointed by and responsible to the Town Board and acts as the chief administrative officer for the Town.
