Local Law 1 (PDF) to amend Chapter 158 entitled Recycling to revise the regulations for the preparation of brush and yard waste for collection. (Adopted 2/27/13)

Local Law 2 (PDF) to amend Chapter A217, Article II regarding use of Town and District Owned Vehicles. (Adopted 2/27/13)

Local Law 3 (PDF) to include various additional permitted uses within the CB-B Zoning District, including nurseries and recreation centers. (Adopted 5/8/13)

Local Law 4 (PDF) to amend Chapter 196 entitled Vehicles and Traffic to establish No Parking Any Time areas on South side of Maple Avenue (Adopted 6/26/13)

Local Law 5 (PDF) to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) of the Town Code to add standards to preserve the visual character and views along three of the Town's scenic and historic roadways (East Middle Patent Road, Mianus River Road, St. Mary's Church Road) through a process of site plan review and approval by the Town Planning Board. (Adopted 7/24/13)

Local Law 6 (PDF) to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) of the Town Code to permit the creation of a new Accessory Wine Bar and Café in place of the existing Accessory Café as well as the expansion of the café from 1,000 square feet with 16 seats to 3,500 square feet with 72 seats. In addition, the local law would permit for less restrictive and additional uses in the NB Nursery Business Zoning District. (Adopted 8/14/13)

Local Law 7 (PDF) to create a new Chapter 27 and to amend Chapter 213 ( Zoning) of the Town Code to create a Master Fee Schedule. (adopted 8/14/13)

Local Law 8 (PDF) to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) to rezone an area of approximately 14.7 acres located along northerly side of Banksville Avenue, adjacent to Town of Greenwich, CT, from its present GB General Business District classification to RC Residential Commercial District and to rezone an area of approximately 1.0 acres located at the northeasterly corner of intersection of Bedford Banksville Road and Banksville Avenue from its present GB General Business District classification to CB-B Central Business B District. Local Law 9 (PDF) to amend Chapter 196 entitled Vehicles and Traffic to establish No Parking Any Time areas on Bedford Road and No Standing Certain Hours on areas on Wampus Avenue. (Adopted 9/11/13)

Local Law 10 (PDF) to adopt Article VIII entitled Installment Payment of Eligible Delinquent Taxes to Chapter 183 entitled Taxation. (Adopted 9/11/13)

Local Law 11 (PDF) to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) with respect to the R-MF-SCH Zoning District, by amending the definition of Senior Citizen Housing, the calculation of units of affordable affirmatively furthering fair housing (AFFH units), the mapping of the R-MF-SCH Zoning District to the Petitioner's property, and the establishment of bulk and area requirements. Local Law 12 (PDF) to amend Section 10-4 of the Town Code to permit the establishment of an escrow account for Town Engineer site inspections of commercial site plans. (Adopted 12/11/13)
