Local Law 1 (PDF) to establish regulations pertaining to the sale of E-cigarettes in the Town of North Castle. (Adopted 2/13/19)

Local Law 2 (PDF) to eliminate the limitation on form of ownership of residences in the GCCFO (Golf Course Community Floating Overlay) District, so that multifamily residences can be condominium units. (Adopted 3/27/19)

Local Law 3 (PDF) to amend Chapter 355, Zoning, to establish fees for extension of time requests for Planning Board approvals; and to amend Chapter 276, Subdivision of Land, to include fees for any extension of time applications in such amounts as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule.
