Local Law 1 (PDF) to amend the Town Code to add provisions regarding Affordable Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Units. (Adopted 5/14/14)

Local Law 2 (PDF) to amend Section 213-21 Part I of Town Code to permit Fine Arts Instruction School as a permitted principal use via Town Board special permit within the PBO Zoning District. (Adopted 6/25/14)

Local Law 3 (PDF) to amend Section 213-5 of Town Code to amend and expand the Residential Multifamily - Single Structure (R-MF-SS) Zoning District, to amend Section 213-22.4.C relating to the number of AFFH units, to create a new Section 213-22.4.J to establish minimum apartment sizes and to amend Section 213-19 to modify the bulk requirements of the R-MF-SS Zoning District. Local Law 4 (PDF) to amend Town Code by adding Chapter 161 entitled Property Maintenance to provide a method whereby vacant lots, improved properties and public lands within the Town are clean, properly maintained and free from vermin, nuisances, hazards, debris and litter. (Adopted 10/22/14)
