Local Law Number 1 (PDF) to amend Chapter 355, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of North Castle to amend the provisions of the RELIP Research, Electronic and Light Industrial Park District Zoning District to add Recreation Centers as a permitted principal use. (Adopted January 26, 2022)

Local Law 9 (PDF) to amend Chapter 177 (Flood Damage Prevention) to comply with the floodplain management requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program contained in 44 CFR 60.3(b,c,&d) and authorized by the New York State Constitution, Article IX, Section 2, and Environmental Conservation Law, Article 36.
