Local Law 1 (PDF) to amend Chapter 288 entitled Taxation to add Article IX entitled Room Occupancy Tax. (Adopted 2/15/17)

Local Law 2 (PDF) to provide for the reclassification of the office of Receiver of Taxes from an elective to an appointive position. (Adopted 3/22/17 and passed at referendum on 5/23/17)

Local Law 3 (PDF) to amend Chapter 355 of the Town of North Castle Town Code entitled "Zoning", Sections 355-4, 355-23 (Part 2) and 355-40, to allow structured parking as a special permit use in the Industrial AA (IND-AA) Zoning District. (Adopted 6/28/17)

Local Law 4 (PDF) to create a New Chapter 114, entitled "Application Processing Restrictions" in the Town Code. (Adopted 7/26/17)

Local Law 5 (PDF) to add a definition and use of "Commercial Dog Care Facility" to the Town of North Castle Zoning Code and add such a facility as a permitted use in the Research, Electronic and Light Industrial Park (RELIP) Zoning District. (Adopted 9/13/17)

Local Law 6 (PDF) to amend Chapter 233 entitled Peddling and Soliciting, Section 233-13 Restrictions and prohibited acts, to extend the hours wherein peddling, soliciting or canvassing is permitted from 7:30 pm to 8 pm and to eliminate the restriction that these activities must be concluded by sunset. (Adopted 9/13/17)

Local Law 7 (PDF) to amend Chapter 263 entitled Special Events to allow for a waiver or modification of the requirements of this Chapter of the Town Code by the Town Board. (Adopted 9/13/17)

Local Law 8 (PDF) to amend the Code of the Town of North Castle, Chapter 325 entitled "Vehicles and Traffic," Section 325-33 "Parking Lots"; Section 325-49 Schedule VII "Stop Intersections"; and Section 325-55 Schedule XIII "No Parking Any Time". (Adopted 11/8/17)
