Local Law 1 (PDF) to amend Chapter 355, Zoning, to rezone an area of approximately 10 acres located along Route 128 (Mount Kisco Road), from its present R-2A One-Family Residence District classification to R-1A One-Family Residence District. (Adopted 2/24/16)

Local Law 2 (PDF) to amend Chapter 355, Zoning, with respect to the Residential Multifamily Senior Citizen (R-MF-SCH) Zoning District to increase the minimum required building setbacks and increase the maximum number of stories from 2 to 2.5. (Adopted 3/9/16)

Local Law 3 (PDF) to amend Chapter 355, Zoning, Section 355-22 to add additional clarifying language regarding multifamily dwellings located on the first floor within the CB-A Zoning District as well as multifamily dwellings located on the second floor within the CB-A Zoning District.
