Any person, organization or company interested in filming or photography in the Town of North Castle must apply for a Filming and Photography Permit which requires Town Clerk or Town Board approval as detailed in the Town's Filming and Photography Local Law. If the application requires Town Board approval, pursuant to the Local Law, it will be considered by the Town Board at a regularly scheduled meeting.
Preliminary questions should be emailed to Town Clerk detailing the request. The applicant will be contacted by the Town Clerk's Office and/or Police Department regarding any additional information needed.
