Town Water & Sewer Districts
The Town of North Castle has five water districts and five sewer districts all operated by the Water and Sewer Department. The district names and service areas are as follows:
- WD1: North White Plains
- WD2: Windmill Farm
- WD4: Downtown Armonk, IBM, Business Park
- WD5: Whippoorwill
- WD6: Quarry Heights (not in service-22 homes on Old Orchard St.)
- WD7:Wampus and Crittenden Schools, Wampus and Macdonald Avenue
- Please note: WD7 No longer exists merged with WD4 January 2021
- WD8: New King Street
- SD1: North White Plains
- SD1b: Quarry Heights
- SD2: Downtown Armonk, IBM, Business Park, Route 128 Extension
- SD3: Route 120 From Cooney Hill Road to the County Airport
- SD4: Old Orchard Street (near Jenny Clarkson)
