      • Annual Renewal Fee: $25 until April 5 Each Year
      • Late Fee and Renewal: $50 after April 5 Each Year

      Annual Renewal Fee may be paid online by credit card.

      To pay online by credit card:

      • Fill out the following form and submit
      • Once submitted, you will receive the link to the online payment portal.
      • Processing provider Value Payment Systems charges additional fees.  If you are paying by credit or debit card, the additional fee is 2.45% of the transaction amount with a $1.75 minimum.  If you are paying with an E-Check, the  fee is $1.75.
