The Beautification Committee was created for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty, cleanliness, and general appearance of the open space and streetscapes of the Town of North Castle.
General Duties of the Committee include taking a lead role in making recommendations to and cooperating with the proper Town Authorities, Departments, and Agencies concerning landscaping and general appearances of our three hamlets; Armonk, Banksville, and North White Plains.
