The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and rules on appeals from decisions by the Building Inspector, Planning Board, and Architectural Review Board. It is authorized, after public notice and hearing, to grant area variances or use variances and to determine the meaning of relevant sections of the Zoning Code or to determine the exact location of any district boundary shown on the Zoning Map.
