SeeClickFix is an online platform that allows Town residents to report non-emergency quality-of-life issues.

Through the platform, members of the community are able to report issues such as potholes, damaged sidewalks, parks and playgrounds, trash and recycling and other issues. 

Click on the image below to be re-directed to report an issue through SeeClickFix. Town of North Castle staff responds to SeeClickFix requests during regular business hours. If a report comes in on a weekend, holiday, or after-hours, it will be addressed on the next business day.

Please note State roads North of Route 120 (Route 433; Route 128/Main Street (Armonk); Route 22) are maintained by the NYS Department of Transportation (DOT).  Please report any State road issues directly to the NYS DOT by calling 914.232.3060.

Please note certain County roads are not maintained by the Town of North Castle Highway Department. Please report any County road issues directly to 914.995.4951

Entering Requests

Please follow the steps below to submit a new request:

  • Click on + New Request.
  • Drag the map marker to the location of your issue or type in the address.
  • Add a photo to help better identify and locate the request.
  • Enter a description of the request and answer additional questions.
  • Choose how you would like to submit the request.
  • Click submit.

By clicking on the image below, you will be re-directed to submit service requests and view existing requests that have been reported.
