Water District No.2 --Residents of Windmill

Due to exceptionally dry conditions, excessive irrigation, and topping of pools, it has become difficult to maintain adequate water levels in our Evergreen Row storage tank.
The following irrigation practices will be enforced for all irrigation. Homes with even numbered addresses should water on even numbered days, and homes with odd numbered addresses should water on odd numbered days.
