Commuter Parking: Fisher Lane, NWP

The 2026 WAIT LIST sign up period will open February 1, 2026. Check back here for an active link at that time.

  • Parking passes for Fisher Lane are issued to North Castle residents only at a cost of $600 for a year. Overnight parking is permitted. See the map (PDF) for the parking lot location.
  • Sign-up is for the current year ONLY.
    • Sign up once per household (street address).
    • Sign-up is not a guarantee of a pass. 
      • SPACE PERMITTING: New passes are issued via a lottery of those signed up for the current year.
    • Contact is by email in mid to late March IF a pass becomes available.
      • If you are contacted for an available pass, please respond promptly (check your SPAM and ensure we have the correct email) or it will be offered to the next person.
    • If you did not receive a pass or if you've previously turned one down, you will have to sign up again next year.
  • Passes are issued April 1 through March 31 of the following year.
  • Existing pass holders do not need to sign up again.
