Local Law #1 to reduce the recreation fee, to allow additional height for driveway entry piers and gates and to remove the two extension maximum for final subdivision plat approval pursuant to NYS Town Law.

Local Law #2 to add Chapter 163 to the Town Code to implement the provisions of NYS Department of Environmental Conservation which require that for any parcel located within the New York City Croton or Kensico Reservoir Watersheds the Town implement and enforce a program to ensure that separate sewage disposal systems/on-site wastewater treatment systems are inspected and, where necessary, maintained or rehabilitated.

Local Law #3 to amend Chapter 183 entitled Taxation and add Article VII entitled Historic Property Exemption to exempt historic property from taxation to the extent of any increase in value attributable to alteration or rehabilitation.

Local Law #8 to amend subsection 223-13(B)(6)(a): Off-street parking be provided per requirements of Article IX of Chapter 213, not less than one off-street parking space for each 200 feet of gross floor area; to amend Section 213-5 by amending zoning map to remove 29 Maple Avenue from CB district and add it to CB-A district; to amend Section 213-23 (B)(2)(c): At least 20%, but not more than 40%, of total floor area with CB-A District shall consist of multifamily dwelling located on second story. Middle income units shall be designated and set aside, either on-site or off-site, in an amount equal to at least 20% of the dwellings within the CB-A district.
