Local Law #5 to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) of the Town Code to add standards to preserve the visual character and views along three of the Town's scenic and historic roadways (East Middle Patent Road, Mianus River Road, St. Mary's Church Road) through a process of site plan review and approval by the Town Planning Board. Local Law #6 to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) of the Town  Code to permit the creation of a new Accessory Wine Bar & Café in place of the existing Accessory Café as well as the expansion of the café from 1,000 square feet with 16 seats to 3,500 square feet with 72 seats. In addition, the local law would permit for less restrictive and additional uses in the NB Nursery Business Zoning District. (Adopted 8/14/13)

Local Law #8 to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) to rezone an area of approximately 14.7 acres located along northerly side of Banksville Avenue, adjacent to Town of Greenwich, CT, from its present GB General Business District classification to RC Residential Commercial District and to rezone an area of approximately 1.0 acres located at the northeasterly corner of intersection of Bedford Banksville Road and Banksville Avenue from its present GB General Business District classification to CB-B Central Business B District. Local Law # 11 to amend Chapter 213 (Zoning) with respect to the R-MF-SCH Zoning District, by amending the definition of Senior Citizen Housing, the calculation of units of affordable affirmatively furthering fair housing (AFFH units), the mapping of the R-MF-SCH Zoning District to the Petitoner's property, and the establishment of bulk and area requirements.
